This morning, Dino decided to make waffles a la Alton Brown. The only changes were that he used regular milk instead of buttermilk, and all white flour. We topped them with butter and syrup and they were delicious! They were very eggy and moist. We’ll definitely be making these again!! Kudos again, Mr. Brown!
