I made this spin on a typical hummus recipe last week and it was good. We topped it with a little olive oil and ground sumac like we do with other hummus recipes.
Horseradish Hummus
28 Cooks (Blogger)
1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons freshly ground horseradish (I used the jarred kind)
¼ cup good extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Chill in refrigerator for an hour or two to allow flavors to get friendly. Serve and enjoy!
