Classic Scones

I made the Classic Scone recipe that I made a few weeks ago but with currants instead of craisins (which are what the recipe called for, but I couldn’t find last time) and they were really good! I think I preferred the craisins, but either way they’re quick and tasty. I also used the food processor to make the dough this time and it seemed a little drier than when I did it by hand.
