When I went to make this smoothie, I realized that the avocado I had left had gone bad, so I used banana instead. It turned out really nicely. It wasn't quite as thick and creamy as most of the smoothies that I've made, but the banana added a really nice flavor.
Wild Blueberry, Banana, Kiwi, Coconut and Kale Smoothie

1 cup coconut water
2 cups (lightly packed) kale, roughly chopped
½ kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
½ banana
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon raw blue agave
small handful fresh parsley (about 1 tablespoon)
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
