    Today's smoothie is full of antioxidants, vitamins and lots of tasty fruits and veggies. I really enjoyed this combination of flavors. This purple powerhouse is a naturally sweet, raw vegan treat.

    Ingredients
     

    • 1 cup cold water
    • 2 cups lightly packed kale, roughly chopped
    • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
    • 1 orange peeled and roughly chopped
    • 1 banana
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

    Instructions
     

    1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
