Caprese Salad

I wanted to make a nice Caprese Salad to use some of the basil from my garden. I just layered slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato, topped with basil, some fleur de sal, and a drizzle of really good extra-virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. I’m not gonna lie…after I took the photo, I totally added a bunch more balsamic to my plate…it was just sooo good!
