My husband loves chicken. Reeeeeally loves it. Especially whole roasted chickens. Luckily, Thomas Keller’s Favorite Simple Roast Chicken is something that’s super simple to make and absolutely delicious. I’ve made this several times now, and it’s always a huge hit. I highly recommend dragging the juicy pieces of chicken through some dijon mustard, as suggested in the recipe. Major yum!
