Sriracha adds a little bit of kick to this low-maintenance weeknight meal.
My 4-year-old is all about drumsticks lately. I don't cook them too often at home, but when I saw them on sale at the grocery store, I took it as a sign!
So when I told him we were having chicken drumsticks for dinner that night and that he was going to help cook them, he.was.stoked.
This recipe is super simple - just mix a few ingredients together while the oven preheats, pour it over the chicken, then bake for an hour.
Easy peasy.
This would easily work with more chicken, too, if you were feeding a crowd. There's plenty of sauce - we were drizzling it over our chicken before digging in.
YUM.
The package of chicken I bought had 6 pieces and my son ate THREE of them.
In one sitting.
Along with sides.
I am SO screwed when he hits his teenage years!
I served this with some Roasted Root Veggies with Capers + Tarragon, leftover green beans and some freshly baked biscuits from one of my husband's co-workers.
It was a delicious meal! And my son was beyond proud that he helped make it.

That sauce sounds really good! Looks like my grandson will have to get a job when he's older to support his habit! LOL 🙂
