The first thing I did with the Meyer lemon curd that I made was to
eat half of it with a spoon make some simple and delicious parfaits. I put plain Greek yogurt in two bowls, topped them each with a healthy dollop of my homemade Meyer Lemon Curd and then sprinkled some chopped strawberries on top. It’s also great with granola on top. It was quick, easy and delicious. This would be a great way to start (or end!) any day!
