I’ve used cauliflower to make gluten-free pizza before, and it was fantastic. But when I saw this post from Ashley (who has an awesome name! I had to make a quick dinner tonight, so I cut up a block of tofu, patted it dry, sprinkled one side with some of The Melting Pot’s garlic & wine seasoning, dredged the tofu in flour and then egg wash, and pan-fried until golden on both sides.
