Is your library looking for fun, interactive food programming?
I've been partnering with libraries on various cooking programs since 2018. I've created classes for library patrons of all ages, and am thrilled to add your library to the mix!
My classes are laid back and interactive, as I encourage people to really enjoy cooking at home for themselves and their loved ones.
With a wide array of recipes and cooking techniques to offer, I just know that we'll find the perfect class for your program's needs.
Feel free to reach out via my contact form so we can discuss class options.
If you're looking for other types of classes, you can find more information about private cooking classes here. If you’re looking for public classes, check out my full events schedule.

How virtual cooking classes work
For my classes, I put together printable recipe cards for the participants as well as a list of any kitchen equipment/tools that are needed. I then send that as a PDF, along with recipe photos to be used for promotion, to the librarians ahead of time so they can send them out to registrants.
Typically libraries will set up a Zoom session and I’ll join 10-15 minutes early to get set up as co-host and make sure my cameras and everything are set up and good to go.
I have a professional lighting, video, and audio setup with 2 cameras to make sure everything is easy to see so that patrons are able to follow along.
Classes usually run for an hour, and I welcome questions and audience participation/feedback throughout the entire process. We have a lot of fun together!
Examples of class themes and recipes
I have taught many, many different classes to kids, teens, adults, and families over the years. I have experience teaching everything from breakfast and brunch recipes to picnic and lunchbox-friendly spreads, appetizers and hors d'oeuvres for entertaining, family-friendly dinners, and delicious desserts.
There are many options to choose from, and I'm also happy to work with any themes or requests that your library has. Many of my recipes are flexible enough to be made with meat-free alternatives if that's something that you think is of interest to your patrons.
