Muhammara & Babaganoush

Muhammara

We went to a Mediterranean themed dinner party for some friends who recently got married. I wanted to bring two dips that are favorites around my house. The Muhammara is garlicky and rich, and the Babaganoush is smooth and light. These are two recipes that I haven’t made for a while, and we were glad to have them again. We served them with a big bowl of sliced whole wheat pitas on the side. Yum!
