I’ve had Falafel on the brain lately, and when a friend was looking for a falafel recipe, I shared this one and decided it was definitely time to make it again for myself. This time around, Dino asked if I’d deep fry them. It didn’t work out so well for a few reasons…first, our deep fryer bit the dust while we were heating up the oil, and secondly, the texture of these is pretty coarse, which I love, but that doesn’t work well for deep frying. Ah well. It still tasted wonderful, as always!
