I seasoned some pork chops with Penzeys 33rd & Galena Chicken and Pork Rub and cooked them in a skillet. In another, I sautéed some minced garlic, sliced yellow and red bell peppers, red onion and green beans. I added in some low sodium teriyaki, low sodium soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil and let it cook down a bit. I finished the veggies off with some toasted sesame seeds. It turned out really good!
