    The next cocktail on the menu for our dinner party was this wonderful version of an espresso martini. I like infusing locally roasted coffee beans in the vodka for extra tasty results. This one was a BIG hit!

    DM Espresso Martini
    The Domestic Mixologist

    Servings: 1

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 ounces coffee vodka
    • 1 ½ ounces Licor 43
    • Ice
    • Lemon wedge and twist for garnish

    Method
     

    1. Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a chilled martini glass. Pour vodka and Licor 43 into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Drop in lemon twist.
