I made one of our favorites for dinner again tonight – Dill Chicken Paillards with Tomato-Dill Relish. It’s fresh, easy and delicious. This is always a hit, and tonight was no exception. This time, I picked a simple new pasta dish to make on the side, and it was fantastic!
