Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup ice
  • cold water
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • 2 cups kale loosely packed
  • ½ avocado
  • ¾ cup cucumber roughly chopped
  • small handful fresh parsley about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon local wildflower honey

Instructions
 

  1. Put ice in a measuring cup. Pour in water until it reaches the 1 cup line.
  2. Pour into blender, along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
