- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, chile garlic sauce, rice vinegar, honey and salt.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro and toss well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

The shredding disc of a food processor will make quick work of shredding the cabbage and grating the carrot for this dish.
