- 1/2 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw blue agave
- small handful fresh parsley (about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
