Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups (lightly packed) kale, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw blue agave
  • small handful fresh parsley (about 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
