Sriracha adds a little bit of kick to this low-maintenance weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce (optional: use gluten free)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (feel free to add more if you want it spicy!)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated or minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Sriracha, tomato paste, garlic and ginger.
- Place chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over top and turn to coat evenly. Return to a single layer and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the sauce has caramelized and the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
