Description

Rock out with your cocktail out! This recipe makes three double shots (pictured here) or six regular shots… enough to drink along with that song that goes, “shots-shots-shots-shots-shots-shots.”

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 ounces chile rum
  • 1 ounce passion fruit juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Lime wedges
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice, add the liquids (chile rum through lime juice). Cover and shake well to blend.
  2. For the salted rims, slide the cut side of a lime wedge around the edge of each shot glass. Pour a thin layer of kosher salt on a small saucer. Invert the glass and spin the rim around in the salt to adhere.
  3. Drop a maraschino cherry into the bottom of each shot glass and strain the contents of the cocktail shaker over top.
