- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried savory
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients with your hands, being careful not to overmix.
- Form into patties, and fry in the hot oil, flipping to ensure both sides cook through.
Notes
If your sausage patties aren't cooking through, cover the skillet with a lid and lower the heat a bit until they're fully cooked.
