plum tomatoes,
chopped

ears
corn,
kernels cut off

small
yellow onion,
diced
½
cup
cilantro,
chopped
1
lime,
zested and juiced (about 2 tablespoons of juice)
a few dashes of hot sauce
(or minced jalapeño, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or chili powder)
pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for at least an hour, so the flavors can mingle.
