plum tomatoes
chopped

ears corn
kernels cut off

small yellow onion
diced
½
cup
cilantro
chopped

lime
zested and juiced (about 2 tablespoons of juice)
a few dashes of hot sauce
or minced jalapeño, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or chili powder
pinch
of kosher salt
Method
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for at least an hour, so the flavors can mingle.
