Instructions
- Add lime juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, guava nectar, triple sec, and tequila to a cocktail shaker with one large ice cube. Shake well.
- Strain and pour in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime wedge and a grapefruit twist, if desired.
