Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat, parchment paper, or wax paper.
- Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter In a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each increment, until fully melted and smooth, about 2 minutes total.
- Add chow mein noodles and peanuts and stir gently until everything is coated with the butterscotch mixture.
- Drop mixture by forkfuls onto lined pans while it's still warm. Let sit until solidified (you can transfer them to the refrigerator, if desired, to speed up the process).
Notes
- If you don't want to use a microwave, you could melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter together on the stovetop over a double boiler instead.
