- 1/2 cup Stonyfield 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 14 ounces cole slaw mix
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup total)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper. Once the ingredients are blended, add cole slaw mix and green onions and toss well to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour or longer to allow the flavors to blend.
