A simple appetizer that tastes like French onion soup but without the guilt!

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan over low to medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft, golden, and slightly mellowed. Set the onions aside to cool.2. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to finely chop and combine.3. Chill and serve.
