Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add yogurt, grated cucumber, green onion, mint, lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir together to until well mixed. Taste for seasoning and add more lemon juice and/or salt as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
