Wild Salmon with Sweet Red Chili Glaze

I had salmon with a Thai chili glaze last week at a restaurant, and I thought that I may be able to make something similar at home. I cooked two salmon filets until they were medium rare. While the second side was cooking, I brushed some Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Sauce on top. I love that sauce, and it worked out well on the salmon. This made a super easy dinner. I served it with brown rice and Spicy Sautéed Beet Greens with Garlic Chips.
