I finally made a smoothie that wasn't green - ha! Well, it still had greens in it, but I added some frozen wild blueberries this time around, and it made it really nice and purple. Plus, blueberries provide wonderful antioxidant benefits. This was a really tasty smoothie!
Wild Blueberry, Kiwi, Coconut, Kale and Avocado Smoothie

1 cup coconut water
2 cups (lightly packed) kale, roughly chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
½ avocado
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon raw blue agave
small handful fresh parsley (about 1 tablespoon)
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
