Valentine’s Day: Lamb Ragu

We went out for brunch at one of our favorite restaurants on Sunday to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and it was fantastic! I wasn’t planning on cooking anything special for dinner on Monday, but then I remembered how much we loved this lamb dish, so I made another batch of it. I made garlic bread with some sprouted grain bread that I picked up from the bakery at Whole Foods, and it was the perfect meal.
