Description

Passion fruit, strawberry, and toasted coconut team up with chocolate mint CBD hemp oil to bring a taste of the tropics straight to your breakfast table!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (I used whole milk plain)
  • 1 teaspoon Barlean's Seriously Delicious CBD Hemp Oil Chocolate Mint
  • 1 passion fruit, halved
  • 1 strawberry, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place coconut in a small, dry skillet. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. It goes from golden to burnt quickly, so keep an eye on it! Remove toasted coconut from skillet to stop the cooking process. 
  2. Place yogurt in a bowl. Drizzle CBD hemp oil over top. Scoop the seeds out of the passion fruit halves onto the yogurt. Add strawberries and sprinkle toasted coconut over top and enjoy!

Notes

If you like things a little sweeter, you can use vanilla yogurt or add a drizzle of honey to the top of your parfait.
