Tomato, Avocado, Fresh Mozzarella and Onion Salad

For lunch today, I made a quick salad with the other half of the giant tomato that I picked up from the Farmers’ Market this week, some avocado, fresh mozzarella, white onion, olive oil, white vinegar, sea salt and pepper. It was really tasty!
