Teriyaki Pork Chops and Baby Bok Choy

I was still feeling under the weather, so I asked Dino if he would cook something with the pork chops and baby bok choy that I had in the fridge. He made a really tasty meal, and we had some of the noodles leftover from my Pho last night to go with it.

    Thank you! I ended up with a pretty intense cold – had to go to the doctor TWICE! Ugh 🙁 But I’m doing much better now, and am trying to catch up on all of the things I’ve been missing in the food blog world!
