Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad with Aged Balsamic

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad with Aged Balsamic

I have a bunch of baby arugula that I’ve been making salads out of lately, and this one was really nice. I topped the greens with sliced strawberries, goat cheese crumbles, sweet onion slices, a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper and drizzled a nice extra-virgin olive oil and aged balsamic on top. Yum!

I made a salad like this a few springs ago and the strawberry/balsamic/goat cheese combo is to this day one of my most favorite things. Ever.
