Steak Panini with Gorgonzola & Caramelized Shallots
So this sandwich may not look like much, but it was delicious! We took some leftover grilled steak (which was seasoned with cayenne, garlic, salt & pepper) sliced thin, topped it with Gorgonzola crumbles and caramelized shallots. We put them on bread smeared with mayo and threw them into the panini press. Yum!
