Dino is great at making hamburger mixes and grilling them, but the problem is that they smell so good that I don’t have the patience to take a good photo of them. So it doesn’t look like much, but it was really wonderful! He mixed ground sirloin with salt, pepper, onion powder, onion flakes, marjoram, squirt of BBQ sauce and drop of liquid smoke. He then grilled them to perfection. He melted some extra sharp cheddar on top, and then I added ketchup, mustard, red onion and some dill pickle chips and dove in. YUM!

It’s fresh-cracked salt & pepper, but other than that it’s really straightforward. I heated one of these up in the microwave at work and people were really curious as to what it was. That one drop of liquid smoke works some magic!
