I had to make a quick dinner tonight, so I cut up a block of tofu, patted it dry, sprinkled one side with some of The Melting Pot’s garlic & wine seasoning, dredged the tofu in flour and then egg wash, and pan-fried until golden on both sides. I squeezed some fresh lemon on top and dinner was ready! I served it with some leftover rice, black beans and corn. It was a nice, quick & easy meal.

Ashley, I’ll bet this was tasty. I’m not a tofu fan, but if someone made this for me, I’d be very happy to sample it It sounds too good not to try it. Well done!

I love it. I am going to make agedashi tofu this weekend so this looks right up my alley Ashley!
