Orzo with Peas & Parmesan

I made some orzo to go with the chicken that I made tonight. It turned out really good! All I did was boil some orzo, throw in a handful of frozen peas for the last few minutes, drain, then stir in some olive oil, freshly grated parmesan, salt & pepper. Easy and tasty!

Do you know, I don’t think I’ve ever made orzo! What’s up with that? I’m liking the fresh spring flavors and colors. YUMM

Oh you’ll love orzo! It’s like giant ricey pieces of pasta! I’m a carb lover, so it’s great for me! And it plumps up a lot…half of a small box goes a long way 🙂
