No-Knead Crusty Wheat Bread

I made another batch of the No-Knead Crusty White Bread that we loved so much a few weeks ago, but this time around, I subbed 1/3 of the flour for whole wheat. It didn’t turn out so great, because the wheat makes it bitter. I think next time I’ll look up an actual recipe for wheat bread, because I’m sure it needs sugar or honey or something to balance it out. Dino had a great idea of putting butter and jelly or preserves of some sort on it, and that made it MUCH better, which is a good thing since I still have enough for 3 more loaves!
