
Mizuna Salad with Radish, Avocado and Tomato

Farmers’ Market season is finally here, and I love having fun new produce to try out in salads. I got some mizuna – a green that was totally new to me – and radishes from one of the stands, and made a nice salad with them. I added some avocado, orange and yellow tomatoes, red onion, fleur de sal, freshly ground black pepper, aged balsamic and an awesome olive oil. It was really crisp and refreshing – a perfect summer salad.
