Description

Ripe mango adds sweetness and avocado adds creaminess to this veggie-packed green smoothie. A great way to start the day!


Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 cup ice
  • cold water
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 2 cups kale, loosely packed
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, roughly chopped
  • small handful fresh parsley (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon local wildflower honey


Instructions

  1. Put ice in a measuring cup. Pour in water until it reaches the 1 cup line.
  2. Pour into blender, along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
