- cold water
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 2 cups kale, loosely packed
- 1/2 avocado
- 3/4 cup cucumber, roughly chopped
- small handful fresh parsley (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon local wildflower honey
Instructions
- Put ice in a measuring cup. Pour in water until it reaches the 1 cup line.
- Pour into blender, along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
