Heirloom Tomato Salad

This is one of my favorite summertime snacks – fresh tomato (this time it was an orange heirloom tomato) cut up with sliced red onion, basil from my garden, salt, pepper, aged balsamic and good olive oil. The best part is dipping bread in the juice that collects at the bottom. It’s refreshing and delicious!
