Greek Yogurt Parfaits w Fruit, Honey and Bee Pollen

I was making Fruit Salad Ice Pops, and I decided to take some of the fruit that I had prepped – blueberries, kiwi, strawberries and peaches and put them on top of some plain Greek yogurt for dessert. I topped them with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of bee pollen. They were really tasty, and very colorful. This would be perfect for breakfast, too. Yum!
