All I can say is WOW! This recipe turned out super moist and delicious! I used stone ground cornmeal because that’s what I had on hand. Next time I think I’ll throw in some corn kernels for a little texture. This was really fantastic, and will probably be my cornbread recipe of choice from now on!

Makes 1 – 9 inch round pan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray or lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
