Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Sandwich with Aged Balsamic

I found a beautiful tomato at the Farmers’ Market on Wednesday, and I knew that I wanted to use it in a sandwich. I picked up some fresh mozzarella and a ciabatta roll from the store, and added some torn some purple and green basil leaves from my garden. I topped it with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, some good olive oil and aged balsamic. It was delicious!
