Feel Good Stuff: Chicken Noodle Soup

When cold season hits, it’s wonderful to live with someone who makes a killer Chicken Noodle Soup. We love having a big pot of this on the stove, and then freezing a portion afterward so we have it on hand in case, god forbid, one of us gets sick again. I feel like having it in the freezer kind of keeps the sickness away though. We didn’t have any in the freezer because we lost power for 9 days back when Hurricane Sandy hit and we had to toss everything in the fridge/freezer. But now, we’re prepared to not need that soup again for a long time 😉
