February is often associated with chocolate and indulgence, but did you know that you can take that to the next level by adding cheese into the mix?
This month's Cooking the Books Club will be a collaborative cheese and chocolate pairing (and tasting!). Participants will learn how to cut and pair a variety of cheeses with different types of chocolate. We'll explore the qualities of each of these items while recording tasting notes for each item.
