This is my go-to egg salad recipe. It’s really tasty! I had a lot of work to do when we got home from vacation, and Dino had the day off, so I asked if he’d mind making another batch of this for us to have for lunch. This time around, we put a thin layer of Miracle Whip on the toast and topped the sandwiches with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and thinly sliced red onion. It was really good!
